To become a Member you must be 18 years old or over
If you are looking for a cleaner, (you are a client) setting up your profile is free and you can view cleaners’ profiles and see if anyone has left you messages, however free membership does not allow you to contact cleaners or read any messages that have been sent to you by cleaners. See your My Subscription page for price details. If you are a cleaner looking for work, you may use all the cleaner membership services on the site free of charge
To become a Member you must not have a criminal record or be subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment
You must complete all required fields during the registration process in order for it to be valid
You must not have any more than one profile at a time on this site
You must not use this site/your profile for any commercial endeavour unless you hold a commercial subscription if available
We do not and have no obligation to verify any details provided by any Member using our site, so as a Member, do not assume that Member content is accurate
We are not liable for false or misleading statements by yourself or other Members
Meeting other Members is at your own risk
If you give any contact details or organise a meeting with another Member you should always exercise caution and we advise that you consult our safety advice contained within our "Resources" area
You are responsible for any information that you provide to us and we are not liable if your identity or personal details are used by someone else
You should not share your log-in details with anyone else. If you suspect that there has been any kind of breach of your account then you must contact us AND change your password immediately
Transmission of information via the internet is never 100% secure, however we do take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data
We may have links on our website to third party sites. If you use them, you do so at your own risk
If you choose to add a profile picture, this will be displayed to any Member who views your profile
If you do not delete your findyouridealcleaner.com messages, they will be deleted after 6 months
During your membership and use of site you agree not to;
break any applicable law, regulation or code of conduct
make comments to or about others that are libellous, offensive, racist, xenophobic, threatening or that may incite violence
submit any information, documentation or images of any kind from, of or about a third party
upload images, videos or any other media or documentation that are indecent or libellous
publish on your profile any personal contact information, including your address, email address, telephone number, web addresses or social media addresses
Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without our written consent
decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct or discover, in any way, any source code, programming, algorithms, design structure, interoperability interfaces, concepts, construction methods underlying ideas or file formats of the Software, for any purpose
remove any identification markings, including but not limited to copyright notices and trademarks, from the Software
make any modification, enhancement, or Derivative Work of the Software, or incorporate the Software, or any portion thereof, into or with any other software
share your login details with anyone else
The information you supply must be accurate and true
We reserve the right to remove a profile if it is in breach of these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to review Member content and remove any such content if it is deemed unsuitable for any reason
We always encourage Members to notify us of inappropriate content. Please go to our Contact Us page and choose "report abuse" from the dropdown menu for this purpose
We are not obliged to intervene in any disputes between Members and does not provide any settlement services should a dispute arise
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company;
excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the company's literature; and
excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. For Members searching for a cleaner, payments for findyouridealcleaner.com's services will be recurring until cancelled according to Section 9: "Termination"
Charges and payment options are normally only shown once you have completed your registration
All payments have to be made via PayPal
Products purchased on the site can be paid via PayPal. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full
For Members (cleaners) searching for work, the subscription/membership is free of charge
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 anyone that has a paid subscription is entitled to a refund for a period of 7 days after payment, however if you have already sent or read messages to clients or cleaners, you are no longer entitled to a refund
A Member can cancel their membership at any time and for any reason. There will be no refund for any fees paid to date (apart from where clause 10.I above applies). In order to prevent any further fees being paid, you must cancel at least 3 days before the next payment is due
Termination will occur as soon as your request has been received and processed; this is usually the same day that it has been sent to us by yourself and will be confirmed by email. Termination must be made via the "Cancellation" option on the My Subscription page under the "My Account" section
We may terminate your membership if we discover any breach of the Terms and Conditions. You may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining paid Subscription period
We will delete your account if you are a cleaner and have not logged in for 12 months. If you are a client, we will delete your account 12 months after your paid subscription has lapsed if you have not logged in during that time
Unless otherwise stated, the Services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom
This Company does not guarantee that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text, logos, images and design, (including software and web design) relating to the Company's services and all of the content contained within this website
Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement contained herein
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any agreement or the failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties
